Simon McGuire is our Founder and Managing Director. He came to Aurora Pacific with 20 years’ experience and a unique grounding in property development through design, construction, management, project management, and development management on large scale, landmark projects worth billions. Simon has years of experience in management roles at some of Australia’s best public and private companies, including Watpac Australia, FKP Australia, and Meridien. Today, Simon McGuire is focused on strategic diversified growth of high quality, high demand, high return property, and supporting Aurora Pacific clients to achieve great success.
